British Lt. Gen. William Rollo, The Deputy Commanding General of Multi-National Force- Iraq, and Ma’Moun Sami Rashid, the Provincial Governor of Ramadi speak about getting the K-3 oil refinery producing different fuel products for the Haditha Triad Wednesday. Recent steps have been taken by Coalition Forces, 3/23 and Iraqi leadership to bring in the key personnel to get the plant running.
